Do you like sweets? Well, I do. A lot! :)
Of course it`s easy to just buy some, but it`s so much better when you try and make/bake it!
I haven`t update blog for a while. I`m in this weird "as less computer as possible" mood + a pile of books is waiting for me, so I try to focus on that.
Yesterday I went running after almost 3 weeks (sickness + holidays) and I have to tell you , it was bad. I hate how fast slacking (eating/sleeping) shows on training, it`s just sad! :)
Ah, one more month untill my first half marathon & now it`s not time for complaining, but it`s time to take some actions. Haha , that`s my motivation speech. :)
Anyway I actually just wanted to share the recipe for this sweet treat on the photo.
You will need (4 persons) :
- 4 apples (or u can use seasonal fruit)
- butter
- lemon juice
- 3 tsp of sugar (I used brown one (2tsp) + maple syrup)
- cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 500ml milk
First you grate the apples and than you dribble some lemon juice over them. The next step is to heat up the butter and put sugar on it for some minutes, that it starts to caramelize. You add apples + cinnamon (as much as u like) and braise for 3-4min. In the meanwhile you prepare the pudding (I added just one tbs of sugar + some maple syrup, cuz already the apples are sweet).
So when everything is done, you can chose in what order you want everything to eat. I decided to put apples "on the first floor" & pudding "on the second one" and let me tell you, it was delicious!!
Oh, and on the top you can just add some cacao/chocolate powder, whipped cream, nuts...
(*I suggest you put it in a fridge for about an hour before eating)
+ It`s easy & quick to made!
Bon appetit! :)
p.s. I have to admit that It`s hard to write recipes in English! :)
