Description: Owner of Fashion page "Colour Burst", Mhale Tepa is an English graduate who is also currently pursuing her masters and short term course in fashion designing.

As a child, she watched her mom as she sewed dresses for her.
She use to design clothes and her mom would create her designs into reality. Fascinated by the wonderful art, she started sewing dresses for her Barbie Dolls and gradually learned the skills necessary for sewing her own dresses. Fashion Designing continued to remain as a passion as she grew up.

Fashion according to Mhale: Anything and everything. And i love everything and anything that is Colourful.

The main idea of starting Colour Burst is to share her dreams through fashion with fashionable souls. The collections you find in the page are all designed and sewed by her.

Nana and Olivia as the final two at Miss USA 2012

As Miss USA 2012 Olivia Culpo from Rhode Islands won Miss Universe 2012 at Las Vegas, her first runner up, the 27-year old Miss Maryland USA 2012, Nana Meriwether will takeover the crown, title and the responsibilities.

In twitter, Meriwether tweeted that received a call from the Miss Universe Organization about this and she accepted the title right away. 

Nana isn't new to pageants, she competed at the several editions of Miss California USA: 1st Runner Up in 2010 and 4th Runner Up in 2011. She competed at Miss Maryland USA 2012 where she eventually won. Competed at Miss USA 2012 as one of the heavy faves and ended up as 1st Runner up. 

Nana co-manages a family-owned private foundation called the Meriwether Foundation which helps children in Africa. 

Maryland earns their second Miss USA title.

This is the tree I was telling you about in one of the previous posts. It`s just a preview, cuz I still need to decorate it properly, so this is basically just for the feeling how does the tree look like. The inspiration of course came from Pinterest, but we changed it a bit. I still need to have one more creative afternoon where I`ll make lots of ornaments + find some twinkling pretty lights & then it`s going to be perfect. ;)

Inspiracijo sva našla na pinterestu, vendar sva jo seveda malce spremenila. Moram pa imeti še eno kreativno popoldne za izdelovanje okraskov in pa najti primerne lučke, da bo smrečica popolna! ;)

USA! USA!

Olivia Culpo, the 20-year-old Miss USA and former Miss Rhode Island, won the Miss Universe pageant on Wednesday night in Las Vegas, becoming the first American to do so since 1997.

The Boston University sophomore outlasted 88 other competitors. Miss Philippines, Janine Tugonon, came in second, and Miss Venezuela, Irene Sofia Esser Quintero, finished third.

"What an honor! This night was a dream come true. Thank you everyone for your support tonight!! USA finally did it!" Culpo wrote on Twitter after the competition ended.

The U.S. drought in the competition had gone back 15 years. The last American to win was Hawaii's Brook Lee.

With Culpo earning her new title, Miss Maryland, Nana Meriwether, now becomes the new Miss USA.

Culpo had told the Boston Herald this week, before she won, that the Miss Universe competition was a whole different challenge than Miss USA. "For Miss USA, I felt more pressure to be lean," she said. "Here, they're bigger and taller. The look of Miss Universe is more voluptuous."

On Thursday, Culpo was ready to embrace everything that comes with the Miss Universe title. "Rise and shine!!" she wrote on Twitter. "Makeup time with @Yukyan51 for a long day of media. Ready for day one of #MissUniverse life :)"

Miss Universe 2012 is USA!

20-year old Olivia Culpo is the new Miss Universe! She brought USA's 8th crown after they won in 1997. Culpo was both crowned Miss USA 2012 and Miss Universe 2012 in Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. She will travel around the world during her reign.

Top 5: Brazil, USA, Australia, Philippines and Venezuela

1st Runner Up is Philippines' Janine Tugonon who gave a confident answer and stage-owning performance, 2nd Runner Up is Irene Esser from Venezuela who was lively and showed an amazing catwalk, 3rd Runner Up is Renae Ayris of Australia who wore a very fashionable evening gown and 4th Runner Up is Brazil's Gabriela Markus who was stunning as well.

Completing the Top 10 are: France, Hungary, Mexico, Russia and South Africa. Top 16: Croatia, Kosovo, India, Peru, Poland and Turkey. Unfortunately, the winner of the global fan vote wasn't revealed out of the 16.

The show started with the 89 delegates in colorful Sherri Hill dresses strutting their catwalks along the stage of Planet Hollywood. Hosts Giuliana Rancic and Andy Cohen who twice partnered before were introduced. The Top 16 semifinalists were next announced. Surprises were India, Hungary and Turkey while favorites from Ecuador, Puerto Rico and Georgia failed to make it. Next was the Swimsuit Competition, the candidates competed wearing 2-piece swimsuits from Kooey Australia. Top 10 were announced then the evening gown competition. Train performed their 3 hit singles which gave the perfect musical score for the Evening gown competition. Top 5 finalists were announced, then the most important final question.

Leila Lopes made her final walk and the Crowning moment happened. Kosovo won Miss Photogenic, Guatemala won Miss Congeniality and China won Best in National Costume. Jeannie Mai gave some commentaries throughout the telecast of the pageant.

Puerto Rico - Bodine Koehler
Best in North America

Puerto Rico's 6th crown is truly visible this year with their stunning representative Bodine Koehler. Straigh forward, Bodine has the whole package. Face, Height, Body, Performance-she got it all. She's one of the girls who rocked the pre-pageant days with her amazing beauty and personality and she's one of the girls who set the stage on fire during the Prelims.

1st Runner Up

Venezuela - Irene Esser
Best in South America

This young woman has the star quality in her. Like Bodine, this girl has the all qualities a Miss Universe should possess. Throughout the competition, she's always one of the lively, eye-catcher, and charismatic. And not to mention, a Venezuelan representative is always equipped.

2nd Runner Up

Philippines - Janine Tugonon
Best in Asia

With this year's Filipina representative, we can tell that Janine has the capabilities and abilities to put Philippines into 3-peat after her predecessor's placements. Not to mention that a large number of Filipino people is in Vegas which makes her feel more confident and worried-free. Janine came as the one who has the greatest transformations ever. Her catwalk in the swimsuit round was amazing although we're not that sold on her gown.

3rd Runner Up

South Africa - Melinda Bam
Best in Africa

She is one of the most favored Miss South Africa's who ever graced the Miss Universe stage. This lady is well prepared from wardrobe and to the edge aspect of the competition. During the arrival days, she was one of the stand outs.

4th Runner Up

Croatia - Elizabeta Burg
Best in Europe

Elizabeta is one of the effortlessly beautiful this year. She's got this irresistible aura and beauty. Yes, we gotta admit that she has one of the weakest preliminary performance, but for us, it's truly exceptional. She was indeed gorgeous and elegant.

TOP 10

Paraguay - Egni Eckert

Egni, being one of the statuesque candidates this year, is truly mesmerizing. Although frequently criticized by having this pornish vibe, Egni proved to these people that she's a modest queen. Had one of the best Evening gown performances and best bodies in the competition.

Ecuador - Carolina Aguirre

The best fave on this year's competition. In the preliminaries, we are bit disappointed with her disastrous evening gown but what we became delighted when she used her face as her sharp weapon on winning the judges hearts. We wish to see her on the Top 16 tomorrow!

Australia - Renae Ayris
Best in Oceania

A typical blonde yet never should be underestimated. As the competition got closer, many people said that Renae is a downgrade version of Scherri-Lee Biggs (last year's representative). But this girl came to Vegas well-prepared and won over everyone with her unique and captivating smile. Had the most fashionable evening gown and curvaceous body in the competition.

Colombia - Daniella Alvarez

After the preliminaries, we expected that Dani would be on everyone's list! This girl has one of the best preliminary performance! But what we didn't like is her chubby face, but other than that, she's beautifully great!

Georgia - Tamar Shedania

This girl is a goddess! We bow down to her! A certified supermodel! She gave a very solid performance at the preliminary competition! However, she's not a Miss Universe prototype which caused her to land in the 10th spot but nevertheless, she could win anytime!

TOP 16

Mexico - Karina Gonzalez

A very beautiful lady but we are disappointed with her performance. She was lifeless and she was just smiling and charming the judges, thank God it somehow worked. Nonetheless, we would like to see her in the Top 16.

USA - Olivia Culpo

Olivia is such a sweet and charming lady, and we bet this is her best asset throughout the competition. Might not the best body or the best gown, but we bet this girl would shock us tomorrow. We are betting on you Olivia!

Kosovo - Diana Avdiu

Just like Georgia, Diana has this irresistible model look and we we think that she's the best crossover between a model and a beauty queen. She could steal Georgia in the 10th place but the bitchy aura of this lady didn't help her so. She gave a very solid and ravishing performance though.

Netherlands - Nathalie den Dekker

A very lovely European lady. This girl already proved herself at Miss World 2012 where she placed as one of the Top 15 semifinalist and with that experience, she used it as her weapon to edge out other delegates despite of her height. 

Spain - Andrea Huisgen

We think that she delivered a very solid performance. The elegant gown and perfect flowy train were indeed a nice combination! Her captivating smile, which admitted her best asset, caught our hearts. It's been a long journey for her. We wish she places!

Malaysia - Kimberly Leggett

Malaysia sent a very stunning young vixen this year! Kimberly is one of the surprises and best transformations this year. Her preliminary performance was a kaboom! 

Rounding off the Top 25 are: New Zealand, Russia, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Guatemala, Aruba,  Jamaica, & France
