It was just the day of the pageant when Miss International 2011, Maria Fernanda Cornejo's boyfriend tweeted and MaFer responded that she was accepting it:

The tweet of Federico Zenck (MaFer's Boyfriend) saying that "It is time to hand over the crown and get your ring." His Boyfriend added: "I love you and only you.."
